12:40	【パドリングレクチャー】受付、準備を終え、まずは漕ぎ方の練習！
13:00	【カヌー体験スタート（約45分）】マングローブ林をカヌーで漕ぎ進むと、前方にピナイサーラの滝が現れます！
13:50	【ジャングルトレッキングスタート（約20分）】サキシマスオウノキや亜熱帯の生き物たちとの記念撮影も忘れずに♪
14:10	【ピナイサーラの滝つぼに到着】沖縄伝統のお菓子「ムーチー」を楽しみながら、滝つぼ遊びを満喫しましょう！
14:50	【出発（復路）約45分】来たときと同じルートを漕いでベースへ戻りましょう。
16:00	【ベースに到着】シャワーや着替えを済ませて、大原港もしくはご宿泊先ホテルにお送りします。

Summer (April-October): Long sleeves and long pants made of lightweight, easy-to-dry material that does not mind getting wet or dirty (swimsuits must be worn in advance for those who swim in the waterfall basin).
