Please be sure to contact the store and the police.

Q. Do you have child seats available for rent?

Both child seats and junior seats are available.

Snorkels, life jackets, floats, and cooler boxes are provided.

Q. What are the cancellation fees if my flight is cancelled due to a typhoon?

No cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation due to flight cancellation.

There are three types of payment: cash payment on the day, credit card payment on the day, and credit card payment in advance.

Q. Who is allowed to drive the rental car?

Please present the driver's license of the person who will be driving. Only those who present their driver's license will be allowed to drive.

Q. Can I rent on the same day?

For same-day reservations, please contact the store directly. If there is space available, we can rent a car for you. During the high season (July-September), there is a high possibility that there will be no availability on the same day, so we recommend that you make reservations in advance.

大原港からの無料送迎もあり、手続きから出発まで非常にスムーズでした。車内も清潔で運転しやすく、西表島を効率よく回るのに便利でした。強いて言えばBluetooth接続の使い方が少し分かりにくかったです。また利用します。

設備良し。車内は清潔に保たれており、AT車で運転も快適だった。大原港からの送迎が無料で付いているので予定が組みやすかった。ただ、強いて言えば山道では少しパワー不足を感じる場面もあった。全体的な手配が楽で移動手段として非常に優秀だ。
