船でしか行けない最後の楽園と言われる秘境、船浮エリア（奥西表）にあり、夫婦で営む古い民宿です。女将さんが焼くパンを提供する『船浮ぱん』も同敷地内で営業しています。民宿の2階の部屋と食堂からは、海が見え、ビアテラスを兼ねた見晴らし台からは、船浮湾と行き来する船の姿を一望することが出来ます。船浮エリアの宿で1泊2食付きなのはこちらの宿のみです。
