About pick up and drop off

If you are staying in the western area of Iriomote Island (Shirahama, Sonai, Hidate, Urauchi, Sumiyoshi, Nakano, Uehara, Funaura, and Takana areas), we will provide free transportation to and from your lodging facility.

Cancellation Policy

*The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer (illness, missed ship, change of plans, etc.).Please understand that we have to turn down other customers to secure reservations.

*No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to typhoon or bad weather.

After reservation - 11 days before: 30%
10 days to 2 days before: 50%.
Day before to the day of the event: 100%.

*In order to ensure the safety of the tour, we require that participants have Japanese language skills.

*Other conditions for participation in the tour are as follows: foot size less than 30 cm, weight less than 90 kg for men and 70 kg for women, and no physical disability of any kind.

*In the event of a sudden change in weather conditions during the tour, the tour may be cancelled or the course changed for safety reasons.

*There is no general hospital in Iriomote Island, but only a clinic, so in case of an accident, there is a possibility of emergency transportation to a hospital in Ishigaki Island. Therefore, during the period when all ferry services to Ishigaki Island are cancelled (Ohara and Uehara routes) after the typhoon approaches or passes, we will cancel the tour because we cannot take all possible measures in case of emergency even if the weather recovers.
