*If you wish to visit Mayagusuku Waterfall, the event will be held from 6:00am to 5:00pm.

*Before making a reservation, be sure toprecautionsfor more information.

*The day before the tour, the guide will contact you with your reservation details (meeting place and pick-up time). (unless otherwise informed in advance).
If you have not contacted us by the day before the tour, please contact us. We will not contact you on the day of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

1-7 days prior to the tour: 50% of the total tour price
On the day of the tour: 100% of the total tour price

About pick up and drop off

If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please purchase a boarding ticket for "Iriomotejima Uehara Port" and come to Uehara Port. We will pick you up at Uehara Port.

Pick-up service is available in the western part of Iriomote Island (between Uehara Port and Hoshino Resort). For other areas, please use a rental car, etc., and meet at the site.

Precautions 》

*You can enjoy the experience more if you have a waterproof camera and a smartphone in a waterproof case at your own risk. However, please be careful not to submerge or drop your phone.

*The weather in Iriomotejima is changeable and the weather forecast is not often accurate. Even if it rains, the tour will be held as usual. If we have to cancel the tour due to stormy weather (wind speed over 10m/s), we will call you as soon as possible, but please understand that the tour may be canceled on the morning of the day of the tour.

*Consultation with the guide is required in advance for guests with physical disabilities. Please indicate this in the remarks column when making an application.
