About pick up and drop off

If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please purchase a boarding ticket for "Iriomotejima Uehara Port" and come to Uehara Port. We will pick you up at Uehara Port.

Pick-up service is available in the western part of Iriomote Island. For other areas, please use a rental car, etc., and meet at Uehara Port or at the local meeting place (Shirahama Port).

*上記の申請にあたり、入域制限（1日200名まで）になっております。直前の予約は枠（当店の予約ではなく人数規制の枠）が埋まっている可能性が高いので、お断りする可能性もございます。お早めのご予約をお勧めいたします。

*You can enjoy the experience more if you have a waterproof camera and a smartphone in a waterproof case at your own risk. However, please be careful not to submerge or drop your phone.

*The tour will be held even in the event of rain, but may be cancelled or rescheduled if it is determined that the field is unsafe.

*朝焼けは天候によります。雨でも催行する場合もありますのであらかじめご承知おきください。

No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour cannot come to Iriomotejima due to a ship cancellation or if the tour is cancelled due to a typhoon or bad weather.

*For safety reasons, we ask that guests who fall under any of the following categories refrain from participating. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
・ご妊娠中の方
・飲酒、二日酔いの方
・ペースメーカー、心臓疾患をお持ちの方
・呼吸器系疾患をお持ちの方（軽微な喘息は除く）
・精神疾患（てんかん、認知症、発達障害、パニック障害）をお持ちの方
・心臓血管系疾患をお持ちの方
・脳血管系疾患をお持ちの方
・お体に不自由のある方
・体重が100kg以上の方
・聴覚、視覚障害をお持ちの方のみでのご参加（ご参加される際は、必ずヘルパーもしくは通訳者同伴の上、事前にご相談ください）
・その他の持病、発熱、怪我のある方（症状が軽微な場合でご参加される場合は、必ず事前にお申し出ください）

*対象年齢6歳から80歳と設けておりますが、体力がついていけそうならお連れできることが多いです。お気軽にお申し付けください。
