Pinaisara Falls is the highest waterfall in Okinawa Prefecture.

If you get close to the waterfall basin, you will be splashed by the force of the waterfall! You can refresh your mind and body amidst the spectacular scenery created by nature.

Popular spots that are crowded with tourists during the daytime can be enjoyed in the early morning without worrying about crowds.

The kayaks moving through the mangroves are tinted with the morning glow, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

Once you arrive at the waterfall basin, you can swim, enjoy a tea time, or spend your time as you wish and enjoy the great nature.

*The day before the tour, the guide will contact you with your reservation details (meeting place and pick-up time). (unless otherwise informed in advance).
If you have not contacted us by the day before the tour, please contact us. We will not contact you on the day of the tour.

About pick up and drop off

If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please purchase a boarding ticket for "Iriomotejima Uehara Port" and come to Uehara Port. We will pick you up at Uehara Port.

Pick-up service is available in the western part of Iriomote Island. For other areas, please use a rental car, etc., and meet at Uehara Port or at the local meeting place (Shirahama Port).

Cancellation Policy

14 to 8 days prior to the tour: 50% of the total tour price
7 days prior to the tour - the day of the tour: 100% of the total tour price

Precautions 》

*Payment can only be made by credit card in advance.

*This area will fall under the category of Taketomi Town Specific Natural Tourist Resources from March 2025. Both payment for entry and acquisition of the number are required, so please be assured that we will take care of this for you.

*In applying for the above, we are limiting the number of people entering the restaurant (up to 200 people per day). Last minute reservations are likely to be denied as the quota (not our reservation, but the quota for the number of people restriction) is likely to be filled. We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible.

*You can enjoy the experience more if you have a waterproof camera and a smartphone in a waterproof case at your own risk. However, please be careful not to submerge or drop your phone.

*The tour will be held even in the event of rain, but may be cancelled or rescheduled if it is determined that the field is unsafe.

*Morning glow is subject to weather conditions. Please note that the tour may be held even if it rains.

*Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation by the customer or a change in the number of persons without prior notice.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour cannot come to Iriomotejima due to a ship cancellation or if the tour is cancelled due to a typhoon or bad weather.

*Please wear clothes that you do not mind getting wet beforehand. Please also check the "What to bring" section.

*To ensure the safety of our guests, life jackets must be worn.

*We have established an age range of 6 to 80, but we can often take you if you are physically able to keep up. Please feel free to contact us.

*Consultation with the guide is required in advance for guests with physical disabilities. Please indicate this in the remarks column when making an application.
