About pick up and drop off

If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please purchase a boarding ticket for "Iriomotejima Uehara Port" and come to Uehara Port. We will pick you up at Uehara Port.

Or we can pick you up and drop you off at the hotel where you are staying.

Cancellation Policy

7 days prior to the tour - the day before the tour: 50% of the total tour price
On the day of the tour: 100% of the total tour price

*Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation by the customer or a change in the number of persons without prior notice.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour cannot come to Iriomotejima due to a ship cancellation or if the tour is cancelled due to a typhoon or bad weather.

Precautions 》

*If the river is swollen, the tour may be changed from the top of the falls to the base of the falls. This will be at the discretion of the guide on the day of the tour.

*This area will fall under the category of Taketomi Town Specific Natural Tourist Resources from March 2025. Both payment for entry and acquisition of the number are required, so please be assured that we will take care of this for you.

*The above application is limited to 200 people per day. Therefore, please note that reservations will be made only after confirming that the number of people can be secured. We will contact you to confirm. In particular, last-minute reservations are likely to be rejected because there is a high possibility that the quota (not our reservation, but the quota for the number of people) will be filled up. We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible.

*We have established an age range of 8 to 75, but we can often take you if you are physically able to keep up. Please feel free to ask.

*The tour will be held even in the event of rain, but may be cancelled or rescheduled if it is determined that the field is unsafe.

*Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Please also check the "What to bring" section below.

*For your safety, we require you to wear a life jacket. Please note that life jackets must be worn while snorkeling.
