About pick up and drop off

If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please purchase a boarding ticket for "Iriomotejima Uehara Port" and come to Uehara Port. We will pick you up at Uehara Port.

Pick-up service is available in the western part of Iriomote Island. For other areas, please use a rental car, etc., and meet at Uehara Port or at the local meeting place (Shirahama Port).

Cancellation Policy

30-15 days prior to the tour: 50% of the total tour price,
14 days prior to the tour - the day of the tour: 100% of the total tour price

*Payment can only be made by credit card in advance.

*Photographs shown are taken during peak sagaribana season. It is not a guaranteed sight as it is a natural one.

*The peak of sagaribana blooms varies from year to year and from area to area, usually from late June to mid-July. We usually peak from late June to mid-July, and since we forecast by looking at the buds of the sagaribana in early June, we cannot give an answer as to when they are likely to be in full bloom until then. Even among these, late June to mid-July is almost always full, so we recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible if you have made up your mind.

*The meeting time may be changed to around 3:30 due to changes in the area depending on blooming conditions. We will be sure to notify you if there is any change.

*We expect to see fewer sagaribana, but they are still available in mid-June and late July.

*You can enjoy the experience more if you have a waterproof camera and a smartphone in a waterproof case at your own risk. However, please be careful not to submerge or drop your phone.

*Please wear clothes that you do not mind getting wet beforehand. Please also check the "What to bring" section.

*To ensure the safety of our guests, life jackets must be worn.

*The tour will be held even in the event of rain, but may be cancelled or rescheduled if it is determined that the field is unsafe.

*Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation by the customer or a change in the number of persons without prior notice.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour cannot come to Iriomotejima due to a ship cancellation or if the tour is cancelled due to a typhoon or bad weather.
