10:00		SUP Lecture begins
10:15		Mangrove SUP Start ➡︎ We will provide lectures and support for beginners as well.
12:45		End of morning experience ➡︎ We will take you to a restaurant or bento shop on the island. Please eat on your own.
14:00		Canyoning Start
16:00		Clean up/change clothes and end of tour Thank you for your hard work! ➡︎ will pick you up and drop you off at the designated location.

What to wear on the day of the event

*Basically, lightweight long sleeves and long pants that can get dirty or wet are best.

*T-shirts and shorts are fine, but please be careful to avoid sunburn, insect bites, and injuries.

*There are no changing rooms in the field, so it is recommended that you wear your swimsuit beforehand.

*On the contrary, in winter, the wind becomes stronger and it rains more often, so bringing something to wear over your jacket will help protect you from the cold.
