Q. Is there a place where I can have my fish prepared at a tavern or other place?
If you are making a day trip to Ishigaki Island, the food may be cooked on the boat. (*Service may be suspended due to infectious disease control. Please understand)
Lunch is not included in the tour fee and will cost approximately 1,500 yen per person (payable locally).
(e.g.: Soba noodles with fish soup, sauteed fish, rice balls, etc.) If you would like to order, please write it in the remarks column.
During your stay, you can eat at the tavern in the evening. If you join in the morning, your guide will bring the fish to the tavern for safekeeping.

The weather was fine, but the waves were a little high and the boat was a little bumpy, but we were able to fish comfortably with minimal rocking thanks to the use of a sea anchor. We were told that no one has ever caught any fish in the past, so we had few luck at the beginning of the trip, but we were able to catch many kinds and numbers of fish with careful instruction by changing hands and products. If you want to do various activities, I recommend the Iriomotejima half-day fishing tour because it takes just enough time! I was also impressed to eat the fish we caught at the restaurant. I would like to go back again.

It was my first fishing experience, but I was soon hooked on the fun of fishing as the experienced guide carefully taught me. Even though it was between April and October, sun protection is a must, but as long as you are prepared for it, fishing while feeling the wind on the sea was very comfortable!

We caught about 30 fish in about 2 hours, including one of the three most expensive fish in Okinawa such as akadine. He cooked the fish we caught for us and we ate it. I will come back to Iriomote to fish again, thank you very much!

On the second day, we went fishing by a special cruiser recommended by the staff, and they took us to Barasu Island on the way. It was the first time for all but my husband to fish, but the four of us went and took 30 fish in two hours (#^. ^#) We were served sashimi, tempura, etc. for dinner at the hotel and the kids were so happy!
