About pick up and drop off
*Free pick-up and drop-off are available at hotels in the Uehara area.We will pick you up at the hotel entrance.Wear clothes that can get wet in advance.Please change your clothes and wait.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Can I ride in the pick-up car while wet?Yes, we do. The inside of the shuttle is designed to accommodate wet passengers.
Q. What is the difference between the two? Is there a changing room or place to shower on site?Due to the wilderness nature of the field, there are no changing rooms or showers on site. Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before the tour. After the tour, we will provide facilities for you to take a shower. Please bring your own towels.

家族との旅行で利用させていただきました。前日にご丁寧な事前連絡があり、こちらの準備がスムースになり助かりました。車内にいる時間はそこまで長くはありませんでしたが、迎えに来てくださった若いガイドのお兄さんとは共通点が多く、おしゃべりが非常に盛り上がりました。末っ子の年齢が低くカヌーツアーが少し心配だったのですが、ガイドお兄さんが末っ子とペアになってくださったので安心しました。結局「子供だけで漕ぎたい！」という子供達のわがままも聞いてくださり、子供達のカヌーを川に入って濡れながら支えてくださりました。 シュノーケリングツアーではまた別のガイドさんが担当してくださいましたが、こちらもまたいい方でした。子供達もすぐに彼を気に入ったようで、終始「お兄ちゃん」と呼んでいました。そんなガイドさんに連れられ泳いだ「星砂の浜」は非常に綺麗で、子供達に見せるには充分すぎるほどたくさんの魚に子供達も夢中で、時間が来ても海から出たがりませんでした（お兄さんすみませんでした。。） 素晴らしいガイドさんお二人のおかげで良い思い出ができました。またこちらに来るときは是非利用したいと思えるショップでした。

530代Month of posting: 2024/01電話予約の際、「シュノーケリングではたくさんの魚が見たい」とリクエストしたところ、こちらのプランを勧めていただいたので参加しました。当日はガイドのお兄さんが海まで連れて行ってくれて、海に入ると、想像以上の魚たちが！手を伸ばせば届きそうなところにまで魚が泳いでいて、感動しました。かわいいクマノミも見れて、満足でした。お昼のカヌーも楽しかったし、言うことなしです！また西表に来たらよろしくお願いします。

530代Posted Mon: 2019/04家族で参加しました。娘はあまり泳ぐのが得意ではないのですが、シュノーケリングの時はガイドさんが側で完全サポートしてくれたおかげで魚を間近で見ることができ大喜びでした。それに海自体もそこまで深い海ではなかったので親として安心ポイントでした。SUPツアーでも同じガイドさんが担当して下さったので非常に安心しました（娘は一人で乗れないためガイドさんの前に座らせてもらいました）。初めての体験で娘は楽しんでいましたし、それ以上に親の私達が楽しんでしまいました(笑) SUPをした川も静かで子供が安心して体験できるのも納得です。ガイドさんに感謝です。
