沖縄県公安委員会（沖縄県警）が定める厳しい安全基準をクリアし、公的に「安心・安全のお墨付き」を受けたマリンレジャー事業者のことです（正式名称：安全対策優良海域レジャー提供業者）。

実は、沖縄県内に多数存在するマリン事業者のうち、「マル優」認定を取得できているのはわずか約3％（100社中3社ほど）です。

「マル優」認定を受けるには、現地の警察による厳格な審査・現場確認を通過する必要があり、以下のような高い安全管理体制が義務付けられています。

有資格者の配置（資格を持つガイドや水難救助員などの専門スタッフが常駐）
安全装備・設備の徹底（ライフジャケットの着用徹底、AEDや救命器具の常備など）
緊急時のサポート体制（万が一の事態に備えた迅速な連絡・救助体制の確立）

シュノーケリングとサンセットカヌーの両方が楽しめるのでコスパは良い。バラス島の海の透明度は高く、サンゴ礁も見応えがあった。その後のカヌーも夕日が美しく、内容自体は充実している。ただ、移動で少し慌ただしく感じる部分もあったので、体力に余裕を持たせておくほうがいいだろう。

Snorkeling at Barasu Island was so clear that it was like exploring the underwater world! The canoeing was also very enjoyable, even for first-timers, as the guide was very attentive to our needs. Paddling the canoe quietly while watching the sunset was a luxurious time for me to forget the busyness of my daily life.

I had been to Iriomote Island before, but this was my first visit to Barasu Island. I was very satisfied with the colorful coral reefs and many pictures taken! For the sunset tour, we tried SUP. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the tranquility and had a relaxing time.

Snorkeling at Barasu Island, we were healed by colorful fishes and even encountered sea turtles! After that, we enjoyed a relaxing sunset SUP while watching the beautiful sunset! It was the best end of the day! I will ask for your help when I visit Iriomote Island again!
