I was not sure if I could ride a SUP, so I rented one SUP and one canoe, and we took turns on the way to and from the tour. I was a beginner, but I was able to ride both without capsizing! We had a great time seeing the mangroves and the Coola Falls. It had been a while since I returned to my childhood and enjoyed nature. I was worried about the summer heat and the strong sunlight and ultraviolet rays, but the mangrove forest we entered by SUP and the path to the waterfall were surrounded by trees, and some places were rather cool and comfortable.
