Ｑ．沖縄県警公認のマル優（安全対策優良）認定業者とは？

沖縄県公安委員会（沖縄県警）が定める厳しい安全基準をクリアし、公的に「安心・安全のお墨付き」を受けたマリンレジャー事業者のことです（正式名称：安全対策優良海域レジャー提供業者）。

実は、沖縄県内に多数存在するマリン事業者のうち、「マル優」認定を取得できているのはわずか約3％（100社中3社ほど）です。

「マル優」認定を受けるには、現地の警察による厳格な審査・現場確認を通過する必要があり、以下のような高い安全管理体制が義務付けられています。

有資格者の配置（資格を持つガイドや水難救助員などの専門スタッフが常駐）
安全装備・設備の徹底（ライフジャケットの着用徹底、AEDや救命器具の常備など）
緊急時のサポート体制（万が一の事態に備えた迅速な連絡・救助体制の確立）

I was lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle while snorkeling on Barras Island! It was like a dream come true to see them so close! I originally intended to visit only Ishigaki Island, but a friend recommended that I travel to Iriomote Island as well, and I joined this tour. Unfortunately, we could not go to Barasu Island due to unfavorable weather during the daytime, but we could enjoy snorkeling at other beaches. The night tour was a thrilling experience as we went through the forest at night with only one light, and as the sky cleared up at night, the beauty of the starry sky was breathtaking.
