Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer will incur the following cancellation fees
10-8 days prior: 10%.
7-3 days before: 30%
Two days before: 50%.
Day before to the day of the event: 100%.

*One day before the tour, we will call or e-mail your contact to confirm your reservation. At that time, we would like to have a final discussion with you, referring to the weather forecast for the day of the tour.
*Avoid heavy drinking on the day before the tour and try to go to bed early. Please make sure to eat breakfast on the day of the tour. Trekking in summer is more strenuous than expected.
